Jalen Hurts in question for Contract extension by Eagles after stellar Super Bowl performance

https://bleacherreport.com/articles/10065423-jalen-hurts-proves-hes-worth-massive-contract-extension-in-eagles-super-bowl-loss

Sunday night, The Philadelphia Eagles and the Kansas City Chiefs faced off against each other in Super Bowl LV11. Jalen Hurts had a standout performance, going 27 of 38 passing for 304 yards and a touchdown while tieing the Super Bowl record with three rushing touchdowns. He also passed Steve McNair’s record for the most rushing yards by a quarterback in the Super Bowl. Although the Eagles did end up losing the Super Bowl, Hurts still performed well.

As Bleacher Report states throughout this news story, Jalen Hurts has proved that he deserves a Contract extension. We see this specifically with his Super Bowl performance. Hurts accounted for all o the Eagles touchdowns, which says a lot. He also continues to show growth as we see an increase in his numbers over the years. With this all being said, I do agree with bleacher report on Jalen Hurts being deserving of a contract extension. They made some really valid points and made fair statements to back it all up.

Overall, I really enjoyed reading this by bleacher report. It was well put together and made a good point altogether. Hopefully, the Eagles make the right decision and give Jalen Hurts the contract he deserves.
